Randy Speth

Owner

2015-Present

Randy has been in the electrical business for over 25 years, working his way up from apprentice to owning his own company, Elite Electric.  While wiring many new homes, businesses and remodel jobs, Randy saw a growing need for a different kind of lighting supplier in the Quad Cities.  His vision for Elite Lighting Innovations is to provide quality decorative lighting at affordable prices. 

Jolene Speth

Owner/Lighting Designer

2015 - Present

With 30 years of experience in business and accounting, Jolene has the knowledge and professional background needed to run the operations at Elite Lighting Innovations.  Jolene has been a big part of Elite Electric since it's incepetion and has recently completed her ALA (American Lighitng Association) certification, so she is primed and ready to assist Elite customers with all their lighting needs!  

Shamara Quinn 

Sales Rep

2022 - Present

Shamara started with Elite Lighting Innovations in 2022.  She is excited to be learning about lighting and helping customers.    

Caitlin Benson 

Electrician/Sales Rep

Caitlin has been with our electrical side for 10 years.  She is now also in the showroom to help pick out lighting and install lighting fixtures in your home.
